Job Description
- Duties and Responsibilities:
- Reviews AP aging and prepares payment proposals
- Prepares input files for RPA processes and processes payment in a timely manner
- Monitors RPA runs and checks output reports
- Performs checking of generated payment file vs. approved payment proposal
- Review and reconciles outstanding payables in the AP aging report
- Monitors submission of vendors' official receipts and prepares status report
- Prepares projection of payables and coordinates funding requirement
- Prepares letters of instructions to bank and initiates online banking transactions
- Handles urgent processing and supports the daily operations
- Supports the Bank Recon Team in the immediate resolution of bank reconciling items
- Coordinates with banks on the daily transactions and other banking requirements
- Handles inquiries from proponents and vendors
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Business Administration or similar courses
- At least 1 year of working experience in Treasury operations particularly payment processing, cash projections, accounts payables, account reconciliation and analysis, report preparation and report presentation
- Proficient in MS Excel and other MS applications
- Knowledge in SAP and Online banking systems
