Job Description
- Identify how the assigned brand is currently positioned in the market
- Design a research-based brand strategy together with the VP of Marketing
- Planning, developing, and implementing marketing initiatives, campaigns, events, sponsorships, CSR programs, and strategies that resonate with the target market.
- Building brand awareness and increasing brand value and profitability.
- Prepares marketing collaterals contents together with the Copywriter
- Measure and report on the success of marketing campaigns
- Manages ALL social media platforms of the brand, answering inquiries and comments, posting content, and monitoring all platforms.
- Daily reporting of social media inquiries received, answered, and booked patients
- Researching and analyzing consumer behavior, market trends, and competitor activity. May conduct market research from time to time
- Proposal of budgets for marketing activities
- Increasing product sales and market share.
- Measuring and reporting on campaign performance
- Overseeing the production of advertisements, promotional materials, digital contents, mail campaigns, etc.
- Ensuring that messaging and marketing activities are aligned with brand and company values.
- Liaises with suppliers for marketing collaterals production.
Minimum Qualifications
- Degree in business, marketing, or related field.
- At least 1 year of experience as a Brand/Marketing Officer
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Solid knowledge of marketing techniques and principles
- Thorough understanding of digital marketing, social media, and other marketing mediums
- Highly organized, can multi-task, and can perform well under pressure and minimum supervision
- A team player with a customer-oriented approach
- Strong research and analytical skills.
- Budget management skills.
- Must be creative and detail-oriented.
