Key Responsibilities
- Develop new business opportunities through prospecting, networking, referrals, and client outreach.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with HR, Learning & Development (L&D), and key business stakeholders.
- Conduct consultative sales meetings to identify client challenges and recommend suitable learning solutions.
- Deliver engaging sales presentations and customized proposals based on client needs.
- Manage the end-to-end sales cycle, including prospecting, proposal preparation, negotiation, closing, and after-sales relationship management.
- Grow and manage existing corporate accounts to drive renewals and long-term partnerships.
- Maintain accurate CRM records, sales pipeline, and activity reports.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure excellent customer experience and successful program delivery.
- Achieve individual sales targets and contribute to business growth.
Minimum Qualifications
Qualifications :
- Bachelor's Degree in any discipline.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in B2B Sales, Business Development, Corporate Sales, Key Account Management, or similar roles.
- Experience selling corporate training, education services, HR solutions, SaaS, or other service-based solutions is highly preferred.
- Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
- Strong consultative selling and problem-solving abilities.
- Comfortable with outbound prospecting and achieving sales targets.
- Experience using CRM systems is an advantage.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and results-driven.
