Job Description

As a Content Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing content strategies that strengthen our brand, engage audiences, and support business growth. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure every piece of content delivers impact and aligns with our business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a content strategy that supports brand awareness, audience engagement, lead generation, and business growth.
  • Plan, create, and manage content calendars across social media, LinkedIn, website, email marketing, and other digital channels.
  • Identify audience insights, market trends, and content opportunities to strengthen our brand presence.
  • Ensure consistent brand voice, messaging, and quality across all content platforms.
  • Collaborate with designers, videographers, marketers, and other stakeholders to deliver impactful campaigns.
  • Lead and manage content creators, freelancers, agencies, and creative partners.
  • Track content performance using analytics and continuously optimize content based on insights.
  • Improve content production processes to enhance efficiency, quality, and scalability.

Minimum Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, English, Business, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in Content Marketing, Content Strategy, Digital Marketing, Social Media, Copywriting, or a related role.
  • Proven experience managing content across multiple platforms, particularly LinkedIn and other social media channels.
  • Strong portfolio demonstrating content creation, copywriting, storytelling, and campaign execution.
  • Ability to personally create high-quality content, not just manage others who create it.
  • Strong understanding of audience research, content planning, content strategy, and digital marketing trends.
  • Experience building personal branding, thought leadership, employer branding, or LinkedIn content strategies is highly preferred.
  • Experience leading content teams, freelancers, agencies, or creative collaborators.
  • Strong analytical, project management, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia and English.
