- Memimpin workshop requirement gathering dengan klien atau user internal.
- Mendesain solusi Salesforce sesuai kebutuhan bisnis.
- Melakukan konfigurasi & customisasi di Salesforce.
- Membuat dokumentasi fungsional & teknis.
- Memberikan training kepada user & melakukan knowledge transfer.
- Berkolaborasi dengan developer, admin, dan project manager.
Minimum Qualifications
- -Minimal S1 di bidang Teknologi Informasi, Sistem Informasi, Ilmu Komputer, atau bidang terkait
- -Pengalaman kerja minimal 3 tahun di bidang CRM, dengan menggunakan Salesforce
- Pernah terlibat dalam implementasi Salesforce end-to-end (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, dll)
- Memiliki sertifikasi Salesforce seperti: Salesforce Certified Administrator, Salesforce Certified Platform App Builder, Salesforce Certified Sales/Service Cloud Consultant (lebih plus) Salesforce Certified Technical Architect (CTA) atau Pardot Specialist
- Penguasaan Salesforce configuration, customization, dan integration
- Pemahaman tentang Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components, SOQL, REST/SOAP API Pengalaman integrasi Salesforce dengan sistem eksternal (ERP, HRIS, Data Warehouse)
- Kemampuan membuat data model, automasi (Flow, Process Builder), dan laporan/dashboard.
- Familiar dengan Agile/Scrum methodology
- Mampu melakukan requirement gathering, solution design, hingga deployment.
- Consulting skill: mampu menganalisa kebutuhan bisnis dan menerjemahkannya menjadi solusi Salesforce
- Communication & stakeholder management: bisa berinteraksi dengan tim bisnis, developer, dan manajemen
- Leadership: membimbing tim junior/implementasi
- Problem solving & critical thinking: mencari solusi terbaik yang scalable
- Adaptability: cepat menyesuaikan dengan update Salesforce (3x release per tahun)
