Job Description
- Job responsible for Clerical and administrative duties related to the delivery of learning and development program.
- Schedules training events
- Coordinates with instructors
- Obtains and distributes required instructional materials
- Prepares training hand-outs and materials
- Processes requirements submitted by the GJ Holdings Apprenticeship program
- Conducts a house background of an apprentice.
- Answers routine inquiries regarding courses, schedules, and locations
- Uses an information system or database in reporting
- Assist the training coordinator in making training statistics report
- Check training materials and inventory.
- Prepares and checks technical equipment a day before the training
- Meals and refreshments during the training
- Housekeeping of the training center
- Basic troubleshooting on repairs and maintenance
- Computer literate
Minimum Qualifications
- Gradate of any 4-year course
- Willing to work from Monday to Saturday
- Willing to work in Silang, Cavite
- Good communication and presentation skills
