Job Description
- Contribute in developing analysis framework for the project
- Create territory planning and account planning for sales team
- Design and complete merchant related analytics reports (e.g. promotion effectiveness analysis)
- Design and build sales performance related tracker and dashboards
- Analyse sales target and incentive scheme
- Forecast and monitor budget utilization
- Analyze sales team and merchant related performance
- Complete ad-hoc merchant-related and/or sales team-related analysis requests
Minimum Qualifications
- 2-3 years working experience in consulting or FMCG companies or sales excellence organization
- Experience in leading and managing a team
- Advanced in Microsoft Excel and Powerpoint
- Knowledge in SQL
- Detail and data oriented (analytical)
- Problem solving skills
- Communication skills
- Bachelor degree in Economics or Mathematics or Statistics or Engineering
