As a Recruiter, you will be in charge of recruiting the most talented individuals who will directly contribute to the continued growth of our Organization.
What You’ll Do:
Internal Stakeholder Management Section:
- Understand all requirements by consistently syncing up and immersing with hiring managers.
- Schedule and conduct intake meetings for all hiring requests.
- Build rapport and trust with the hiring team.
- Educate the stakeholders on the Talent Acquisition selection process
- Manage candidate interview schedules with the selection team.
Candidate Management:
- Ensure a consistent and positive candidate experience.
- Manage all recruitment channels (referrals, headhunters, online channels) and proactively look for new candidates.
- Perform networking activities to promote goFLUENT and all open roles.
- Conduct and document general assessment, initial and behavioral interviews.
Administrative and Miscellaneous:
- Design and implement new strategic approaches/ best practices that can be effective in recruiting.
- Build a good working relationship with the counterparts.
- Manage and maintain recruitment databases/trackers
- Prepare reports to hiring managers and leads as necessary.
- Prepare employment contracts and non-disclosure agreements for new hires
- Handle service agreement for Consultants for Supervisory and Managerial IT and Non-IT roles

Minimum Qualifications
What You’ll Need
- At least 2 years of relevant experience in volume or hybrid selection
- With exposure in global recruitment or BPO is a plus
- Recruitment experience of overseeing and running multiple recruitment campaigns simultaneously with proven output.
- An eye for profiling and spotting people for the leaders of tomorrow.
- Full-lifecycle management of positions across a diverse range of locations.
- Good problem solving skills and with a “Can-do” attitude..
- A target driven recruiter but can still commit with his/her quality of output.
- Advanced skills in cloud-based applications such as Google Drive, Google Sheets, Google Docs, and MS Office applications
- Well versed in using different global sourcing techniques and platforms.
- Great communication skills to effectively draft letters, reports, briefings, presentations.
- Bachelor's/College degree in a relevant discipline you’re passionate about!
