Job Description
- Study and review the provisions and specifications in the contract
- Develops project objectives by reviewing project proposals and plans
- Constantly monitors project development progress vis-a-vis the timelines specified in the contract directly reporting to the Project Manager for proper coordination
- Administer and perform daily checking on the implementation agreed on designs/ structure based on acceptable quality standards
- Supervises the project through daily site inspection and monitoring
- Prepares progress reports and summary of deviations ( if any)for the reference of the Project Manager as well as for billing purposes
- Implement the approved Program of Works according to schedule, using the most cost-efficient system in proper coordination with the superior
- Keeps documentation of the project status
- Performs quantitative surveys on ongoing and proposed projects
- Prepare and submit accomplishment reports on a weekly basis to the Project Manager for variance analysis, action plans, and billings
- Maintains safe and clean working environment by enforcing procedures, rules, and regulations
- Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed
- Willing to be assigned in Tarlac, Pampanga
Minimum Qualifications
- Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's/ College Degree in Engineering ( Civil) or equivalent.
- With license is an advantage
- At least 3 years of working experience in the related field is required for the position.
