- Support the design and execution of culture activation campaigns
- Assist in organizing and supporting culture activation activities
- Prepare basic design and communication materials for HR initiatives
- Support daily administrative tasks under HR Talent Management & Organizational Development (OD)
Minimum Qualifications
- Fresh graduate or Final-year university student
- Strong interest in HR, company culture, and employee engagement
- Able to use basic design tools (e.g. Canva, PowerPoint)
- Organized, proactive, and willing to learn
- Available to work full-time, WFO, and based in the SCBD area
- Available for a 9-month internship period
