Graphic Designer: Packaging Design Specialist  

We are seeking a highly skilled Graphic Designer with a strong background in packaging design and file preparation. The ideal candidate will have at least 6 years of experience in graphic design, showcasing a portfolio of visually compelling and technically accurate projects. Experience in Adobe Creative Suite, particularly Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop, and Adobe InDesign, is essential. This role requires a keen eye for detail, a strong sense of aesthetics, and the ability to prepare packaging designs into Final Artwork ready files for printers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Work with brand guidelines and packaging references to design and prepare toy packaging die lines.
• Prepare and optimize files for print and production, ensuring accuracy and quality control.
• Manage multiple projects from concept through completion under tight deadlines.
• Provide creative input and suggestions to enhance visual communication and branding strategies.
• Stay abreast of the latest trends in design, technology, and packaging innovations to apply to projects.
• Review and approve proofs of printed copy and art materials developed by staff members.

• Higher education degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field.
• A minimum of 6 years of professional graphic design experience, with a strong focus on packaging design and file preparation.
• Proficient in Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop, and Adobe InDesign.
• A comprehensive portfolio demonstrating a wide range of design skills and innovative packaging solutions.
• Strong communication skille and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with team members and stakeholders.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
