Design, develop and implement best quality practices and processes for product development.

Review requirements, specifications and technical design documents to provide timely and meaningful feedback.

Design detailed test cases to satisfy user stories and feature requirements utilizing a BDD/ATDD approach.

Identify, record, document thoroughly and track bugs.
-
Estimate, prioritize, plan and coordinate testing activities.
-
Track quality assurance metrics, like defect densities and open defect counts.
-
Troubleshoot and resolve problems relating to quality control aspects.
Minimum Qualifications
- Strong analytical and planning skills;
- Good communication and presentation skills;
- Excellent problem-solving skills;

At least 5 years’ experience as a QA Engineer.

Fundamental critical and conceptual thinking skills.

Excellent documentation skills.
-
A results-oriented outlook with the ability to prioritize and deliver key initiatives.

Ability to partner with other project stakeholders to resolve issues and to mitigate project impacts.
-
Experience working in an Agile/Scrum development process.
-
Knowledge of Confluence / JIRA tools.
-
Hands-on experience with automated Java Script based testing framework is a plus.
