Job Description
- Carry out general admin tasks (preparing e-mails and letters, filing, correspondence, etc.)
- Perform minor accounting duties for the Company Executives
- Maintain comprehensive and accurate records
- Maintain the Company Executives’ agenda by planning and scheduling meetings, conferences, teleconferences, and travel
- Manage the reception desk area (answer phone calls, handle basic inquiries, attend to company visitors, distribute incoming and outgoing documents, etc.)
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in any 4-year course
- At least 2 years experience in personal and professional support of a high-level executive
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Flexible, quick-witted, and shows initiative
- Has an overall awesome personality
- Willing to work on-site (office is located in Ortigas, Pasig)
