Sr. Revenue Assurance Analyst

Job Description

  • Evaluating and analyzing all iBRS of new project related to be used for tracking the changes and identify any weaknesses occurs in the process
  • Risk Assessment and Identifying mandatory requirements from RAFM perspective during Pre – During _ Post Implementation of any new project related to IT/NW upgraded/replacement, new project fon digital initiative/new product that involve NW/IT surrounding system
  • Creating RAFM leakage scenarios based on the risk identifications by delivering Use Cases assigned to each risk of the new projects /new features that will be used in the product Testing /UAT execution(Test Scenarios) with the purpose of detecting any risk as a finding and addressing the necessary initiatives for risk mitigation
  • Reviewing Test Call results for validating that all provisioning, rating and billing / charging are accurately set up with the new projects requirement and are aligned with project scope and migration scenario , in order to ensure that the existing business is not impacted with the project implementation for assuring minimal revenue loss
  • Executes extraction of data from multiple sources and conducts analysis related to the context of system changes / migrated data (customer, Product catalogue, services) to identify and for purpose of correcting areas of revenue leakage for preventive actions

Minimum Qualifications

Qualification

  • A Bachelor’s degree in IT, or related fields
  • Attention to detail
  • Strong understanding of all key technical aspects of telecoms OSS and BSS architecture, key business processes and commercial models
  • Have a strong knowledge Project Change Implementation including migration, enhancement and replacement of IT and NW systems particularly in respect of RAFM controls
  • Understanding configuration management in Charging System –IN and other related configuring changes on various IN related surrounding
  • Understanding on Digital services and digital related system ie API, etc

Experience

  • A minimum of 4 years’ experience in mobile telecommunications sector
  • Experience in Revenue Assurance / Fraud Management with Telecom Operator.
  • Experience with product assurance testing tools and analysis the test result generated from the tool

Skills

  • Excellent communication skills and ability to adopt an approach appropriate to the audience ( as support to RAFM awareness).
  • Very strong analytical and problem solving skills
  • Software skills, especially in MS Excel, Access, and Word
  • Basic Project Management skills
  • SQL knowledge of SQL with the ability to create SQL queries
  • Experience to work with RAFM tools – Subex ROC RA, Lavastorm
  • Flexible, dynamic and creative approach to problem solving.
