Job Description
- Provide technical assistance to users for the installation and maintenance of IT products, in line with application support guidelines
- Carry out basic troubleshooting to address commonlyencountered problems
- Identify patterns and themes from user feedback gathered
- Provide feedback to DH to work with HR team to create the succession plan for the function/ organization and attract, motivate and retain top talent to ensure alignment with the plan
- Serve as a company representative for external related functions
Minimum Qualifications
Qualification:
- Minimum Bachelor Degree of Informatics/Computer/Electrical/Telecommunication Engineering
- Good understanding of the Telecommunication Application and Infrastructures
- Able to work under pressure and various sorts of constraints and stress
- Capable of working independently and as a member of team
- Good communication skill in English.
Experience:
- Minimum 2 years work experience in relevant functions
Skills:
- Good knowledge of Software and tools
- Good knowledge of Telecommunication services
- Good knowledge of Telco Business Process
- Good knowledge of information security standard, guideline and general principles
- Good analytical and problem solving skills
