Job Description

  1. Support Line Manager to supervise and evaluates Loyalty & Churn Prevention Program
  2. Develop end to end Loyalty & Churn Prevention Program to increase Customer Life Time Value, Customer Satisfaction and increase revenue from existing customer
  3. Implement and manage Loyalty & Churn Prevention Program
  4. Develop comprehensive analysis and program guidelines for internal and external customer

Minimum Qualifications

  • Have min 5 years’ experience in mobile communication industry.
  • Proven track record and strong practice in the field of loyalty and churn prevention program
  • Have good analytical and conceptual thinking
  • Have good database processing & modelling
  • Target oriented problem solving oriented
  • Strong communication and presentation skills and capabilities.
  • Have ability to work independently
