Job Description
- Takes care of scheduling jobs and delegating duties to Accounting department personnel.
- In addition to clerical and managerial work, the Accounting Supervisor also participates in basic accounting functions, such as logging payments and maintaining financial records.
- Maintaining regulations and laws of accounting procedures carry out financial auditing procedures.
- Effectively communicate with employees and maintain a positive working relationship when addressing problems and coming up with solutions.
Minimum Qualifications
- Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's/College Degree in Accountancy or Business Administration Major in Finance Management/Accounting or equivalent;
- Must be a Certified Public Accountant(CPA);
- Required language(s): English, Filipino
- Required Skill(s):
- Good oral and written communication;
- Detail-oriented and must be keen with paperworks;
- Able to lead and guide accounting personnel
- Can facilitate Human Resource functions inside the Accounting Department and
- Good customer and interpersonal skills.
- Must be willing to work in Makati.
