Job Description

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise the day-to-day accounting operations including approvals of accounting documents

• Prepare financial reports and insightful analysis on a monthly basis or as needed

• Monitor expenses and ensures spending efficiency

• Prepare period end book closing report and provide the variance analysis

• Review and monitor pricing structure and SKUs profitability on a quarterly basis or as needed

• Track and review B/S reconciliation for all accounts

• Support the company’s financial shaping and forecasting processes

• Identify and evaluate real or potential problems and devise, interpret and present plans for corrective action as appropriate

• Preparation of various deliverables to support the financial reporting needs, including analytic commentary and the preparation of supplementary financial analysis for management and other stakeholders

Minimum Qualifications

Job Specifications/Qualifications

• Bachelor or higher degrees in Accounting, preferably a CPA

• Minimum 5 years experience with solid experience in financial management, reporting and forecasting

• Strong analytical skill, detail-oriented and strong in excel

• Ability to develop mutual relationships with internal partners

• With experience in using ERP software
