Job Description
- Handle administration of all employees databases and HRIS
- Collaborate with state and private companies and handle the documentation (BPJS, DJP, Bank, insurance, etc.)
- Handle employee termination (resign, PHK, etc)
- Enforce and supervise the implementation of company regulation
- Collaborate with the HR team in embedding company culture
Minimum Qualifications
- Diploma/Bachelor degree in Management, Psychology, Administration or related field
- Having a minimum of 1 years experience in the same role
- Having knowledge about government regulation
- Excellent in HRIS and Google Workspace
- Having knowledge in compensation and benefit
- Honest, understand confidentiality, and detail-oriented
