Role Overview

We’re looking for an experienced Head of Sales to lead and scale our sales organization (currently 100+ agents) across Jakarta, Tangerang, Bekasi, Depok, and Bandung. You’ll own the sales strategy, drive revenue growth, and build a high-performance culture.

Key Responsibilities

  • ⁠Lead a team of property sales and team leaders and hit the sales target
  • ⁠Develop & execute data-driven sales strategies to meet and exceed regional revenue targets.
  • ⁠Collaborate on annual sales planning: forecasts, KPI frameworks, budget alignment, and strategic initiatives.
  • ⁠Oversee the entire sales pipeline—from lead generation to deal closure—ensuring smooth handoffs and operational excellence.
  • ⁠Identify new market opportunities and optimize workflows to boost team productivity and conversion rates.
  • ⁠Represent Sales in cross-functional meetings, contributing insights to product, marketing, and business-planning discussions.
  • ⁠Lead high-value client negotiations and cultivate long-term relationships with key accounts.

Minimum Qualifications

  • ⁠5+ years of proven sales experience in real estate or a related industry, with hands-on selling and strong closing skills.
  • ⁠Demonstrated track record managing and scaling sales teams to achieve aggressive targets.
  • ⁠Solid understanding of digital-marketing principles and CRM-based pipeline management.
  • ⁠Excellent communication and negotiation skills, coupled with a target-oriented mindset.
  • ⁠Strategic thinker who can balance high-level planning with tactical execution.
