- Menangani leads inbound dari berbagai channel (Meta Ads, listing site, Instagram, dsb).
- Melakukan chat dan call untuk meyakinkan calon pembeli.
- Memahami produk (unit apartemen, lokasi, legalitas, potensi ROI) dan menyesuaikan penawaran dengan profil target market.
- Melakukan follow-up intensif ke leads (maintain database, reminder, progress update).
- Menjaga hubungan baik dengan pembeli untuk repeat/referral.
- Membuat laporan harian aktivitas sales via CRM (leads, follow-up, visit, closing progress).
Minimum Qualifications
- Pendidikan minimal D3/S1, semua jurusan.
- Tidak wajib pengalaman properti, tapi harus suka dunia sales & komunikasi.
- Memiliki skill komunikasi & negosiasi yang kuat.
- Tech-friendly dan mampu mengetik dengan cepat
- Wawasan luas tentang lokasi/lifestyle Jakarta & Jabodetabek.
- Teliti dalam maintain database leads & follow-up.
- Memiliki sikap consultative, sabar, dan mampu edukasi calon pembeli (bukan sekadar pushy selling).
- Fast learner, punya can-do attitude, dan terbiasa bekerja dengan target.
