Job Description

  • Work closely with the COO to execute strategic and operational initiatives across the company.
  • Manage and drive projects end-to-end, from planning to execution, ensuring things move fast and stay on track.
  • Help solve day-to-day operational challenges and improve internal workflows & systems.
  • Analyze business and operational data to generate insights and support decision-making.
  • Prepare reports, dashboards, spreadsheets, and presentations for internal discussions and management reviews.
  • Coordinate with multiple teams and external partners to ensure smooth execution and communication.
  • Follow up on ongoing projects, monitor progress, and help remove blockers when needed.
  • Handle fast-moving, dynamic situations including urgent operational tasks and field coordination.
  • Support the COO in managing priorities, meetings, action items, and strategic follow-through.
  • Take ownership of special projects and ad-hoc tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree with 1–2 years of experience in operations, project management, business support, executive assistant, or similar roles.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills; comfortable working with data and turning it into actionable insights.
  • Proficient in Google Sheets / Excel and presentation tools.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities at once.
  • Strong communication and coordination skills across different teams and stakeholders.
  • Fast learner, proactive, and comfortable working in a dynamic and sometimes unstructured environment.
  • Able to work independently, take initiative, and adapt quickly to changing priorities.
  • Strong sense of ownership and execution — someone who gets things done.
  • Comfortable handling both strategic discussions and hands-on operational work.
  • Experience in startup or fast-growing companies is a plus.
