Job Description
- Manage and grow a portfolio of existing clients to achieve revenue targets and business objectives.
- Build strong, long-term relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers.
- Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities to maximize account value.
- Act as the main point of contact for clients, ensuring smooth communication and high customer satisfaction.
- Understand client needs and provide strategic solutions aligned with their business goals.
- Monitor account performance, prepare reports, and present insights to clients.
- Collaborate with internal teams (Sales, Customer Success, Operations) to ensure successful project execution.
- Handle contract renewals, negotiations, and commercial discussions.
- Resolve client issues proactively and ensure timely follow-up.
Minimum Qualifications
- Strong analytical and strategic planning skills to manage client portfolios and identify growth opportunities.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Strong problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to resolving client issues and improving customer satisfaction.
- Proven ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships.
- Target-driven with strong negotiation and closing skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
