- Menjalankan fungsi pengembangan serta pembaharuan terhadap content Performance Management & Quality Management (PM-QM) di seluruh unit dalam lingkup Group of Retail & Publishing sehingga dapat mendukung proses bisnis berjalan baik, berdasarkan rekomendasi atau informasi BOD, Corporate Strategy Management, atau bagian lain
- Mendokumentasikan Score Card Online/Key Performance Indicator GoRP dan store,
- Menganalisis isu/data/informasi baru yang berdampak pada strategi
- Memberikan rekomendasi atau informasi kepada fungsi SMO berdasarkan hasil audit/cross audit/monitoring dll
Minimum Qualifications
- Pendidikan minimal S1 dengan IPK minimal 3.00, diutamakan jurusan Manajemen/ Teknik Industri
- Analitis, komunikatif, & punya kemampuan presentasi yang baik
- Memiliki pemahaman mengenai proses bisnis
- Kemampuan Bahasa Inggris secara aktif
- Memiliki sertifikat booster vaksin Covid-19
