Job Description
- Melakukan analisa data terkait organisasi maupun kekaryawanan menggunakan Excel dan tools terkait.
- Koordinasi dengan tim terkait, baik internal maupun eksternal department.
- Support program pengembangan dan engagement karyawan.
- Melakukan administrasi data.
Minimum Qualifications
- Lulusan baru dari jurusan Teknik Industri/Matematika/Statistika
- Memiliki semangat untuk mempelajari hal baru dan proaktif
- Terbiasa mengolah data dengan Microsoft Excel menggunakan pivot atau formula
- Bersedia WFO Senin-Jum'at
- Diutamakan domisili Jabodetabek
