Job Description
- Planning employee recruitment or manpower based on company needs.
- Handle internal or external manpower request for event.
- Execute end to end recruitment processes.
- Support onboarding and orientation program for new employee.
- Manages and enhances daily HR operations.
- Maintain organizational development remain on track and continue to thrive.
- Performs administrative tasks related to HR.
- Maintain employee development records and reports periodically.
- Monitor and evaluate training effectiveness and make recommendation for improvement.
Minimum Qualifications
- Minimum Education D3 or Bachelor's Degree
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
- Minimum experience in Event or MICE industry fields.
- Strong analytical, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
- have a experience in HR functions
