- Manage and organize the executive’s calendar, meetings, and travel.
- Handle phone calls, emails, and correspondence on behalf of the executive.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and documents.
- Coordinate internal and external communications.
- Assist with personal errands or tasks if required.
- Maintain confidentiality and discretion at all times.
Minimum Qualifications
- Female or Male
- Fluent in English
- Excellent Negotiator
- 2+ year of experience in a similar role
- Experience as a PA or in an executive support role is a plus.
- Excellent time management and multitasking skills.
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational abilities.
- Trustworthy, proactive, and highly adaptable.
