- Understand the basics of event production, including concept planning, client needs, determining vendors and logistics.
- Create production checklists.
- Assist in event program implementation from preparation to completion of exhibition evaluation reports.
- Assist in preparing administrative needs related to exhibition hall operations.
- Assist with follow-ups and coordination with third parties.

Minimum Qualifications
- Minimum Fresh Graduate majoring in Management / Event (MICE) / Tourism or related major
- Confident and well-groomed appearance
- Detail-oriented in handling work-related documents
- Has experience relevant to the job description
- Fast learner and target-oriented
- Possesses strong communication and negotiation skills
- Proficient in English, both spoken and written
- Has organizational experience or has participated in campus events
