- Merencanakan dan melaksanakan strategi pemasaran daycare (online & offline)
- Mengelola media sosial, membuat konten yang menarik, dan menangani pertanyaan dari orang tua
- Membangun kerja sama dengan sekolah, komunitas parenting, dan mitra lainnya
- Menyelenggarakan acara promosi (open house, trial class, dan sejenisnya)
- Menyiapkan laporan penjualan sederhana serta memberikan masukan untuk peningkatan strategi pemasaran
Minimum Qualifications
- Lulusan S1 di bidang Marketing atau Komunikasi
- Pengalaman minimal 1 tahun di bidang sales/marketing (lebih disukai di daycare, pendidikan, atau F&B)
- Memiliki kemampuan komunikasi yang baik dan pola pikir kreatif
- Terbiasa menggunakan Instagram, TikTok, dan WhatsApp Business
- Mampu bekerja secara mandiri dan mencapai target
- Memiliki kemampuan dasar desain (Canva/CapCut menjadi nilai tambah)
