- Be a creator and on-camera host for vertical content, live programs, and special reports.
- Produce clear and engaging video-based news scripts.
- Execute end-to-end video production processes, including pre-production, shooting, editing, and post-production.
- Upload and publish video content across KompasTV’s social media platforms.
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Journalism, Communications, Media Studies, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a reporter or content creator in the media/creative industry.
- Strong writing, editing, and storytelling skills.
- Proficient in video production and editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere, FCP, VN, etc).
- Strong understanding of social media platforms and digital content strategies.
