People Development Analyst [Freelance]  

Learning & Development Analyst will be working for Kognisi (Kompas Gramedia Learning & Insights) Corporate HR Kompas Gramedia, focusing on helping people to grow to be the best version of themselves. The responsibilities are:

• Creating relevant learning solution model to KG employees and any external stakeholders.
• Designing asynchronous learning journey to facilitate people to grow.
• Maintain positive learning experience for learners, speakers, coaches, mentors, and users.
• Managing the process & impact of learning.
• Collaborate with relevant stakeholders to nurture learning culture and accelerate business growth.

Keterampilan Teknis:

• Have good understanding about learning ecosystem, especially andragogy.
• Have related experience to create asynchronous learning modules / courses.
• Required skills: Advanced Excel skills (Pivot table, Pivot reporting, data simulating),
  Costing, Budgeting, and Financial Analysis.

Keterampilan Non Teknis:

• Strong analytical thinking and creative problem solving.
• Able to thrive in a fast-paced, constantly changing environment.
• Able to work with a diverse population base.
