- Mengajar semua program dan melakukan persiapan kelas seperti persiapan materi dan peralatan mengajar
- Memantau dan membuat laporan perkembangan siswa yang mencakup perkembangan harian dan akhir term
- Menghadiri dan berperan aktif di dalam workshop ataupun meeting yang diadakan oleh Wimili Daycare
- Menjaga dan merawat seluruh aset daycare
Minimum Qualifications
- Minimum pendidikan S1 semua jurusan
- Lebih disukai kandidat yang memiliki pengalaman mengajar PAUD
- Memahami tahap tumbuh kembang anak usia dini
- Mampu mengobservasi perilaku dan perkembangan anak secara objektif
- Menyukai dunia anak dan memiliki empati tinggi
- Bertanggung jawab, disiplin, dan dapat dipercaya
- Terbuka terhadap evaluasi dan pembelajaran berkelanjutan
