- Develop brand and marketing strategies for Busdev projects.
- Translate research insights and performance data into clear positioning, messaging, and campaign direction.
- Define go-to-market frameworks, audience segmentation, and channel strategy in collaboration with Social Media, Creative, and Partnership roles.
- Ensure brand consistency and strategic alignment across all touchpoints.
- Evaluate campaign effectiveness and refine strategy based on insights, performance, and market dynamics.
Minimum Qualifications
- 4–5 years of experience in experience in brand strategy, marketing strategy, or integrated marketing roles.
- Strong ability to translate insights and data into strategic direction and narratives.
- Experience working with creative, social media, and partnership teams.
- Strategic thinker with strong communication and presentation skills.
- Background in retail, lifestyle, media, publishing, or consumer brands is a strong plus.
