To provide comprehensive administrative and financial support for the DQLab Program at Universitas Multimedia Nusantara. The role ensures the seamless execution of daily operations, maintains accurate financial records, and supports the program's growth by managing documentation and stakeholder coordination with high efficiency and integrity.
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
- At least 1–2 years of experience in administration or finance (experience in an educational or tech-ed environment is a plus).
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Excel for financial tracking).
- Strong analytical and planning skills;
- Good communication and presentation skills;
- Excellent problem-solving skills;
