- Menyelenggarakan proses belajar mengajar Bahasa Inggris dan menyiapkan metode pembelajaran yang berkualitas
- Membantu promosi kelas program akademik
- Menyiapkan ujian dan placement test
- Mendukung kelancaran administrasi akademik
- Membantu persiapan administrasi yang dibutuhkan di kelas
- Melakukan proses rekrutmen untuk tenaga pengajar
- Memberikan orientasi guru tentang kelas yang akan diajar dan sistem tata cara yang berlaku
- Menyusun laporan periodik yang memuat data akademis perkembangan kelas
Minimum Qualifications
- Pendidikan minimal S1, diutamakan dari Fakultas Keguruan, Pendidikan, atau Bahasa Inggris
- Pengalaman mengajar minimal 1-2 tahun (lebih disukai)
- Memahami konsep pembelajaran Bahasa Inggris
- Memiliki kemampuan presentasi yang baik, komunikatif, gigih, kooperatif, berpikiran terbuka, dan memiliki kemampuan komputer yang baik
