Job Description
- Facilitate classroom, virtual, and on-the-job training.
- Train teams on customer service, communication, and soft skills.
- Develop training modules, facilitator guides, participant workbooks, and e-learning materials
- Update training content based on operational changes and brand standards.
- Measure training effectiveness using participant feedback, knowledge assessment
- Prepare monthly and quarterly training reports.
- Track training hours, completion rates, and compliance
- Coordinate training schedules and logistics
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor degree in general education or teaching
- Preferred to have experience in training or teaching
- Valid teaching certificate
- Committed to providing excellent customer service
- Excellent public speaking and communication
- Good leadership
- Fluent in English
- Willing to travel all over Indonesia
