- Build and maintain GraphQL schemas and resolvers for the CMS using TypeScript on the Apollo Server framework.
- Work with the existing Golang services running behind the GraphQL Apollo Server layer.
- Test, maintain, and recommend software improvements to ensure strong functionality and optimization.
- Help the DevOps team determine deployment strategies for the applications being handled.
- Facilitate root cause analysis of system issues.
- Work with experienced team members to conduct root cause analysis of issues, review new and existing code, and/or perform unit testing.
- Identify ideas to improve system performance and impact on availability.
- Resolve complex technical design issues.
- Develop technical specifications and plans.
- Analyze user requirements and convert requirements into design documents.
- Leverage AI coding assistants and agentic workflows ("vibe coding") to accelerate development without compromising code quality.
Minimum Qualifications
- Core Requirement
- At least 2 years of software engineering with experience in both TypeScript with Apollo server framework and Golang
- Strong requirement analysis skills.
- Experience in the Software Development Lifecycle (planning, creating, testing, and deploying).
- Experience with AI-assisted coding tools (e.g., Claude Code, Cursor, GitHub Copilot).
- Strong problem-solving skills.
- Critical thinking.
- Team player.
