The Branch Operations and Ancillary Business Specialist is responsible for identifying potential business development opportunities within Retail Operations. The role involves designing how these opportunities can be integrated into or replace existing processes and assessing their viability. This position manages process improvement projects for branch operations from initiation to closure, and plans and oversees daily operational support activities.
Working Conditions:
- Expected to coordinate with various departments to ensure timely and accurate deliverables.
- Will be assigned to Two Ecom Tower B (Pasay City).
- Required to work 44 hours per week.
- Must be willing to travel within Metro Manila and nearby provinces.
- Open to working extended hours as needed, especially for projects and special assignments.
Minimum Qualifications
Job Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Studies/Management, Engineering, or Information Technology, or with a technical background.
- Relevant work experience in logistics, transport, money remittance, or service industry environment is desirable.
- Must have confidence in project roll-out and training delivery, and possess strong technical, planning, organizing, interpersonal, communication, problem-solving, teamwork, and IT skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills; must be able to multitask effectively, and exhibit strong interpersonal and team-building abilities.
- Proficient in Microsoft Windows and MS Office applications.
Work Experience:
- At least 2 years of relevant experience in business development and project management.
Key Skills:
- Above average communication and presentation skills.
- Strong corporate rapport-building and negotiation abilities.
- Computer literate and proficient in MS Office applications.
