Job Description
We are looking to for an experienced Telesales or Appointment Setter Manager to head up our growing team. As a Manager, you will be responsible for setting weekly and monthly sales targets, training new staff, designing and implementing sales strategies, monitoring the performance of the sales team, and handling escalated customer objections.
To ensure success as a Telesales or Appointment Setting Manager, you should have experience with Telesales or Appointment Setting , advanced managerial skills, and the ability to multitask. A top-notch Manager provides strong guidance and assistance to the Telesales team, ultimately boosting company sales.
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree
- Previous experience working as a Telesales Manager or Appointment Setting Manager
- Strong managerial and sales skills.
