Job Description
- Reconcile invoices and identify discrepancies
- Create and update expense reports for internal and external users like BIR
- Assist in the costing of wheat importation
- Does bank transactions and other errands
- Check spreadsheets for accuracy
- Maintain digital and physical financial records
- Issue invoices to customers and external partners, as needed
- Provide backup and perform various department task in support of other colleagues
- Does bank transactions and other errands
- Review and file payroll documents
- Participate in quarterly and annual audits
- Perform other duties as required from time to time.
Minimum Qualifications
- Candidate must be a graduate of BS Accountancy
- With at least 2 years work experience
- With knowledge using accounting system
- Must be a team player and has initiative
- Must be highly analytical and has keen attention to details
- Good communication skills both written and oral
- Can start immediately
- Must be willing to work in Makati City
