QA Engineer

As a QA Engineer, you're just starting out, but your curiosity and attention to detail set you apart. You'll test simple features, learn to write clear bug reports, and ask questions to grow. With support from your team, you'll begin understanding what makes a product truly reliable and user-friendly.

This is your first step toward building better, more seamless experiences.

• Manage and execute various tests, including Functional, Regression, Smoke, E2E, UAT, Exploratory, and Automation.
• Ensure QA participation throughout the SDLC, from PRD to release.
• Log and track defects.
• Collaborate in Agile teams, attending ceremonies and following Scrum/Kanban workflows.
• Create, maintain, and execute test plans and cases from user stories.
• Review peer test cases and promote quality best practices across the team.
• Monitoring & reporting, running and updating automation script.

Must have:

• Experience: Typically 1-3 years of experience as a Software Tester
• Communication Skills (Written and Verbal): Fluent, or at least able to communicate thoughts clearly and concisely.
• Manual testing:
  • Manage and execute test using STLC (Software Testing Life Cycle)
  • Familiar with functional, regression, smoke, exploratory, E2E
  • Familiar with defect management flow
• Methodology: With knowledge/experience on agile scrum
• Automation: Entry to mid-level and with exposure to automation tool (Playwright/ Selenium)
• Testing tools: (Have used the following or willingness to learn)
  • JIRA
  • Zephyr
  • Figma
  • Confluence
  • Postman (for API)
• Additional soft skills: assertive, enthusiast to learn, seek feedback for growth and with accountability

Nice to have:

• International Software Testing Qualifications Board Foundation level certified
• With API testing experience
• With background on HR Payroll and Accounting products and services
• With Performance and/or Accessibility testing experience
