Job Description
We are looking for a driven Business Development & Partnerships Manager to lead our merchant acquisition and strategic partnerships in Bulacan and Pampanga. You will be responsible for generating leads, closing accounts, and maintaining strong business relationships. You will pitch and implement partnership programs to drive Maya’s acceptance, acquisition, and visibility, ensuring data-driven strategies align with company objectives.
In this role, you will organize and manage projects efficiently while working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with minimal supervision. You will also evaluate trade marketing programs to measure their impact and effectiveness.
Minimum Qualifications
What we are looking for:

Business Administration, Economics, Marketing, Business, Financial Institution Management Graduate or any related course.

With work experience in any of the following fields - banking industry, FMCG, financial technology, telco or e-commerce.

Must have sales and marketing experience of at least 5 years.

Field sales or merchant acquisition experience is a must for at least 5 years.

Good communication and presentation skills.

Goal-oriented sales professional.

Must be based in NCR and willing to handle NCR areas.
