Job Description
Business Operations Managers ensure that we serve our customers with efficiency, quality, and consistency. They prevent potential issues and refine procedures while still maintaining operations agile and flexible.
The role develops skills for operations, troubleshooting, pragmatic problem-solving.
Minimum Qualifications
- Knowledge in or expertise in supply chain process improvement and/or operations
- Excellent leadership, time management and organizational skills
- Self-motivated, analytical, results-focused and proactive in work approach
- High level of professionalism and effective communication skills
- Possesses the right attitude and has passion towards this industry
- Proficient in Microsoft Office tools and G Suite
- Knowledge in intermediate Excel functions and formulas
- Heavy college org involvements are a plus
