Job Description

MedGrocer's digitally-enabled medicine programs, telehealth services, and corporate clinic medical staff work with hundreds of employers and pharma companies to improve the physical and mental health of over one million Filipinos every year.

The Graphic Designer is responsible for creating a wide range of visual and user-centric designs, from designing user flows and screens for our core health platforms to creating new marketing and branding assets. This position requires a balanced skill set in visual communication, supporting both our product and marketing objectives to improve the health of thousands of patients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Create compelling visual assets for digital marketing campaigns, social media, and other corporate branding needs.
  • Collaborate with product and marketing teams to translate project requirements into intuitive and effective design solutions.
  • Help maintain and evolve MedGrocer's visual identity and design systems to ensure consistency across all platforms and materials.
  • Follow and improve brand guidelines and ensure that all design elements are within the company's brand identity.
  • Ensure that all designs are optimized for user experience and accessibility.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest design trends, techniques, and technologies to continuously improve the quality of our designs.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Preferably with a bachelor's degree in Design, Fine Arts, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field.
  • A strong portfolio of design projects showcasing a balance of skills in visual/graphic design (branding, marketing assets).
  • Proficiency in modern design and prototyping tools like Canva and Figma.
  • Solid understanding of user-centered design principles, typography, color theory, and layout.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to deliver high-quality work on time.
  • Ability to work onsite in Makati City.
