Job Description
- Creates content for the brand’s social media accounts and maps them out on a social media bank based on the direction given by the brand manager.
- Social Media bank should contain platform, topic, content copy, and image to be included
- Coordinates with a graphic artist on the photos to be used or shot based on instructions from brand manager
- Updates the Facebook page cover and profile photos as needed based on the brand’s current activities and campaigns.
- Schedules posts depending on the agreed schedule with the brand manager
- Performs tasks for specific campaigns based on brand manager instructions such as content copy and images for the following and ensures the cohesiveness on all social media platforms:
- Brand Website
- Homepage
- Microsite or campaign collection (if needed)
- Newsletter
- Brand Website
- Creates content for the newsletter based on BM instruction
- Responsible for compiling client email addresses for newsletter database.
- Answers online inquiries sourced from email addresses, website inquiries, and all social media accounts regularly and promptly.
- Implements digital marketing on an agreed schedule for Facebook and Instagram ads.
- Performs analytics for all social media platforms, newsletter, and for the website.
- Supplies materials for digital and magazine features such as content and images as needed.
- Proofreads all POP’s produced by Graphic Artist before production
- Performs other duties that may be assigned.
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, business or any related field
- Strong analytical and planning skills;
- Good communication and presentation skills;
- Excellent problem-solving skills;
- Ability to work independently and effectively within a team.
