- Administer and support Microsoft technologies including Windows Server, Active Directory, Group Policy, DNS/DHCP, and Microsoft 365.
- Manage Microsoft Azure environments including VM provisioning, identity services, and security configurations.
- Configure and manage Microsoft Intune, Autopilot, and Endpoint Manager for device and application management.
- Perform system upgrades, patch management, backups, and monitoring.
- Design and implement automation using PowerShell and other scripting tools.
- Assist in identity and access management across hybrid environments (Azure AD + on-prem AD).
- Ensure high availability, performance, and security of systems and services.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to Microsoft systems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on infrastructure and cloud projects.
- Document systems, procedures, and technical processes.
Minimum Qualifications

Minimal Sarjana Strata Satu (S1) teknik komputer / informatika

Pengalaman minimal selama 5 (lima) tahun di bidang komp admin sistem, storage dan pernah menangani pekerjaan sejenis:

Mempunyai pengetahuan dan berpengalaman dalam sistem manajemen server, storage dan sistem keamanan sistem berskala enterprise;

Memiliki sertifikat Profesional di bidang system & network dari Principle Network Equipment (CCNA atau sederajat).

Mempunyai pengetahuan dan berpengalaman dalam sistem operas berbasis Unix, Linux dan Windows, Active Directory, Domain Controller, email server berbasis Microsoft Exchange dan Office 365, web server, database server

Mempunyai sertifikasi MCSA
