- Mengelola dan memelihara infrastruktur server (fisik & virtual), storage, serta sistem backup dan recovery.
- Melakukan migrasi data, aplikasi, dan lisensi secara berkala (Reguler Migration for Data, Apps & Licenses).
- Melakukan deploy dan maintenance compute node (server & application).
- Melakukan deploy dan maintenance filesystem seperti NFS dan online drive.
- Memelihara management node (server & application) untuk mendukung operasional sistem.
- Melakukan deploy dan maintenance application storage (shared compute storage).
- Melakukan deploy dan maintenance NAS storage sesuai kebutuhan kapasitas dan performa.
- Melakukan deploy dan maintenance sistem backup serta backup storage, termasuk backup, restore, dan disaster recovery.
- Melakukan monitoring performa, kapasitas, dan ketersediaan server, storage, dan backup.
- Menangani troubleshooting dan insiden terkait server, storage, aplikasi, dan backup system.
- Melakukan pengujian rutin proses restore dan DR untuk memastikan keandalan data.
- Menyusun dan memperbarui dokumentasi teknis, SOP, serta laporan operasional sistem.
- Berkoordinasi dengan tim internal dan vendor untuk memastikan sistem berjalan sesuai standar dan SLA.
Minimum Qualifications

Pengalaman pengelolaan Server Storage & Backup minimal 5 tahun

Pendidikan minimal S1

Memiliki sertifikasi Level Associate di bidang Virtualisasi atau Storage atau Backup (diutamakan)

Memahami dan berpengalaman dalam:
Server Management (Linux/Windows Server).
Virtualization (VMware / Hyper‑V / KVM atau sejenisnya).
Storage System:NAS / Shared Storage
Application Storage
Shared Compute Storage
Filesystem & Sharing:NFS
Online/shared drive
