Job Description
- Keep and maintain the books of accounts of each Company and liaise with its external auditors in the preparation of its annual audited financial statements and such other financial reports as may require from time to time
- Act as a qualified property manager who shall have general oversight on all real property beneficial interest, without limitation, liaising with tenants and coordinating with national and local government agencies for all permitting requirement and tax payments etc.
Minimum Qualifications
- Must have at least 5 years experience in bookkeeping, auditing, liaising w/ external auditors, preparing financial reports and oversights real property.
- Must be a Certified Public Accountant
- Willing to be based in Makati & Taguig
