Job Description
- Install, configure, and upgrade Oracle database software and related products.
- Monitor database performance, implement tuning and optimization strategies.
- Manage database backup, recovery, and disaster recovery plans using tools such as RMAN.
- Ensure data security, integrity, and compliance with corporate and regulatory standards.
- Perform regular database maintenance tasks including patching and updates.
- Manage user access and roles to maintain data security and access control.
- Support development teams with database design, queries, and performance analysis.
- Troubleshoot and resolve database-related issues in a timely manner.
- Maintain documentation for database architecture, configurations, and standard procedures.
- Implement and manage high availability solutions such as Oracle RAC and Data Guard
Minimum Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years experience as Oracle DBA
- Strong Knowledge in Linux/Unix
- Strong Knowledge in Availability and Replication Database Oracle, Backup and Recovery database Oracle Concept
- Strong Knowledge in Database Performance, Data Migration, Patch, and Tuning and Optimizing
- Have experience setup and troubleshot Oracle Single Instance/RAC and Oracle Data Guard
- Able to work in team, Fast learner, self-motivated and communicative
- OCA/OCP would be an advantage.
- Have an experience with multiple db platform would be an advantage
