- Develop and maintain project documentation such as the Project Charter, Work Plans, Risk and Issue Logs, etc.
- Monitor project scope, schedule, budget, and quality to ensure alignment with goals
- Prepare and deliver regular project status reports to stakeholders
- Identify, assess, and escalate potential risks or project issues
- Support the implementation and continuous improvement of project management methodologies (Agile/Waterfall/Hybrid).
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams (developers, quality assurance, business analysts, etc.)
- Manage change requests and ensure they are documented and approved
- Schedule project meetings and capture meeting minutes/action items
- Assist with project audits and ensure compliance with internal policies and standards
Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related fields.
Minimum 3–5 years of experience as a Project Manager or in a similar Information Technology project role.
Familiar with project management methodologies such as Waterfall, Agile, or Scrum.
Proficient in using project management tools (e.g., Jira, Trello, Microsoft Project, etc.).
Strong analytical thinking and time management skills.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
